Discounts:
Purchase 10 or more of the same item and you will receive 10% off that item.

Return Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges up to thirty days after purchase. The items must be returned in new and unused condition. Customized products are not returnable. Returns will be refunded in the same manner as payment was made. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Handcrafted. What does it mean?
Handcrafted means that it is handmade by us, either individually or in small batches, here in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Handcrafting allows us to bring the love of creating into each individual item as we make it, beginning with the thoughtful design and continuing to the care and attention given to making each item. We enjoy making and using our products and hope you will enjoy using them too.
Customized Products:
Most of our handcrafted products can be customized. Some examples of customizing are: creating a different size bolster, a different shape/weight sand bag, or adjusting the fit of our yoga clothing.
We have a $3 per garment charge for basic customizing on our clothing. For example: changing legband or elastic size on our Legband™ Shorts, or changing the hem length or shoulder width on our Carnation™ Top. There may be additional charges for more complicated fit issues or design changes on our clothing. The cost to customize a yoga prop varies. Please contact us for more information.
Privacy Policy:
We do not share your information, except as needed to process your payment and ship your order.
International Orders:
We are able to ship smaller items such as our yoga clothing, belts or BKS Iyengar: "The Ultimate Freedom" DVD to some countries. Please contact us to confirm possibility of shipment and for shipping and handling costs.
We ship via First Class U.S. Mail. Transit time is generally about 2 weeks but can sometimes take much longer. Delays are
often due to the variables of customs processing. If you need your order by
a specific date, please allow at least 6 weeks for delivery. We cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Due to the pandemic the transit time is taking much, much longer.
Before ordering, make sure you are aware of all the import duties you will be responsible for. These can add a significant cost to your order and we do not accept returns for non payment of duties. We are also not able specify the order as a gift when it is not.
